In this episode, I sit down with Marcie Hill, M.S., long-time serial blogger, content creator, author and speaker.  Marcie is the force behind MarcieWrites.com, her personal branding blog, Real Skate Stories, a passion project on roller skating, and Go Shorty, a regional resource for a geographic area of Chicago and the author of 62 Posts to Overcome Bloggers Block.  Marcie and I meet at a WordPress meetup probably a decade ago and we use this background to chat about how blogging has helped us and how it can be frustrating when you don’t see a direct benefit.  Marcie provides us with some great tips on how she sets self-imposed deadlines and some other creative ways she values blogging and content creation.

I also hijack the episode for a minute to talk about the new European GDPR privacy laws that can affect your blog’s marketing strategy.
